About Order Cancellations and Returns

We take great care at every step to bring our flavors to you. However, should you need to cancel or return an order, here is what you need to know:

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation request immediately. You simply need to contact us via email or through our contact page.

Return Policy

Please Note: Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products (baklava and sweets), there is generally no right of withdrawal (returns) for these items.

However, we can initiate a return process in the following specific situations:

  • ✔ Damaged in Transit: If the product arrived damaged (e.g., crushed, spilled, or the packaging was torn).

  • ✔ Quality Issue: If the product arrived wrong, missing items, or spoiled.

  • ✔ Incorrect Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

In these cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide visual proof (photos) of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • ✘ Products with opened packaging or products that were not stored correctly after delivery.

  • ✘ Products that are fresh and healthy but simply do not match your personal taste preferences.

  • ✘ Custom-made orders or orders prepared for special occasions.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Notify Us: Send an email with the subject line “RETURN” within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. You must include photos of the product/issue.

  2. Approval: Return shipments are only valid for requests that have been reviewed and acknowledged by us.

  3. Ship Back: Once approved, package the product with its invoice under appropriate conditions and send it via our contracted shipping carrier.

Resolution Options

Depending on your preference and the situation, we can offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment of the same value.
