Your orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 24 hours. We take care in every step while bringing our flavors to you.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, we process your cancellation request immediately. It is sufficient to contact us via e-mail or our contact page.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products (baklava and dessert varieties), all sales are final as they fall under the perishable goods category. However, we prioritize your satisfaction and can initiate a return process in specific special cases.

Conditions Eligible for Return:

• If the product was damaged during shipping (e.g., crushed, spilled, or torn packaging),
• If the product arrived incorrect, incomplete, or spoiled,
• If a different product was delivered than what you ordered.

In such cases, simply contact us within 24 hours after delivery with visual support (photos).

Conditions Not Eligible for Return

• Products with opened packaging or those not stored properly,
• Products that are healthy and fresh but do not match your personal taste preference,
• Custom-made orders or orders prepared for special occasions.

How Does the Return Process Work?

1. Send an e-mail with the subject line “RETURN” including photos within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Returns are valid only for requests that have been notified and approved.
3. Ship the product with its invoice and in appropriate packaging using our contracted shipping carrier.

Resolution: Refund or Replacement

Based on your preference and the situation, a full refund can be issued, or a new product of equal value can be shipped to you.
