How fresh will my order arrive?
Every box is made-to-order. We ship within 1–3 business days, and your baklava is best within 10 days of delivery at room temperature, up to 30 days refrigerated, or up to 3 months frozen. Specific storage guidance is included with every order.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Shipping cost and estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout based on your address.
What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
Summer transit can occasionally affect texture. If your order arrives in a condition you consider unacceptable, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. We will make it right by replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
What allergens are in your products?
Most of our products contain or may contain tree nuts (pistachio, walnut, almond, hazelnut), dairy (butter, milk), and wheat (gluten). Some contain eggs. All products are prepared in a shared kitchen handling these allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please review individual product ingredient lists carefully — or get in touch before ordering.
Can I send a Petek Pastry order as a gift?
Yes — at checkout, enter the recipient’s name and shipping address. We don’t include the invoice or pricing inside the package. If you want a gift note, add it in the order notes field at checkout.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — we offer wholesale pricing for cafes, restaurants, and retailers. Apply for a wholesale account and we’ll review and confirm within 1–2 business days. Approved wholesale accounts see wholesale pricing and tier discounts when logged in.
How should I store baklava when it arrives?
For best flavor and texture, keep baklava at room temperature in its original sealed container and enjoy within 10 days. For longer storage, refrigerate (up to 30 days) or freeze (up to 3 months) in an airtight container. Bring frozen baklava back to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are perishable food, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund. See our full Terms of Service for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through WooCommerce Payments, PayPal, and Shopier at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order details on our order tracking page any time.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because we begin preparing your order soon after it’s placed, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll do our best to modify or cancel.
Do you have a physical store?
We are primarily an online business shipping nationally. If we have a local pickup or visit option, it will be listed at the bottom of our contact page.
